Window film removal

To remove it is best to first score the film into strips with a sharp knife, especially if it covers a large area. This means that you can tackle it in manageable pieces. Using a hairdryer, gently heat up the film (this re-plasticizes it) and use a glass scraper with a blade to lift the film. If there is any glue residue left on the glass, we recommend you use lighter fluid to dissolve the glue. You'll find this easily in most newsagents.
